Are you a Leader or a Team Player? In an organization, do we need more leaders or more team players? These are questions often prompted.
There are so many definitions of leadership in the world and so many people is focusing on the word leadership. But are we still concisous that leader should have strong believe in teamwork and a leader was once a team player?
Leadership is not only meant to describe the top management of an organization. Neither should it be used on only those popular legends of an organisation.
I qouted these 2 phases: "Leadership is an interactive conversation that pulls people toward becoming comfortable with the language of personal responsibility and commitment." and "Leadership is not just for people at the top. Everyone can learn to lead by discovering the power that lies within each one of us to make a difference."
People often say that "no one is born to be a leader, some are just born to be soft spoken and be a team player". Hmmm... pondering... I wonder... Aren't leader once a team player too? Should the different between a leader and a team player be differentiated base on 2 words, 'responsibility' and "commitment"?
Well.. i am still wondering............ I wonder the differ might be due to passion.................. .................................................................
